Employees are the core of the intellectual capital in any business and their wellbeing has a serious and direct impact on corporate organization. This was the concept behind our latest project.
Elite Areas has provided MyEquilibria product in the headquarters of a company in Attica region. Close to a state-of-the-art indoor gym, a MyBeast Beach Club in light grey concrete branches and stainless steel stages has been installed, creating a unique place for all employees, offering outdoor fitness experience for them.
Employees can download for free the MyEquilibria App and in a few simple clicks, they can customize their workouts, focusing on targets and muscle groups.
They can choose between Flying Pull-ups, Stall bars &Dip Handles, Multi Pull-ups, Punching bag, Landmine, Sliding Pull-ups and Monkey bars, fully supported and guided, by an impressive library of video exercises, created by some of the world’s top wellness experts.

In Lyttos Beach Hotel and Lyttos Mare Exclusive Beach Resort, two 5-star exclusive family resorts located at Hersonissos that are part of the S Resorts Group hotel chain, guests can take advantage of the sporting and family-friendly offers on more than 20 hectares and escape the stress of everyday life.
As an additional offer for the children, there was a wish for a spacious play area. Three tennis courts in a 1,800 m² area were reconstructed for the new “Lyttopia”.
The newly created area includes a sheltered seating area with a bar and snacks for the little ones, a music garden with percussion instruments, as well as mini golf courses and a 900 m² playground. Client’s desire was to design a playground facility that would be a benchmark for playground facilities in the hotel industry.
Therefore, there was a selection of very high and impressive rope structures, also acting as an attraction beacon, in combination with smaller ones. By this, the play structures are utilized by different age groups, and it is easy to achieve high-simultaneous capacity.
The design approach of “Lyttopia” provides the ability to children to play on their own, along with their parents and/or under the presence of animateurs.

We are happy to announce that the Urban Mirror system, designed by Davide Anzalone and Alberto Mattiello for Metalco, has been selected for the ADI Design Index 2022.
The selection, edited by the Permanent Design Observatory, identifies the best Italian design that stands out for its originality, functional innovation, production processes, materials used, respect for the environment and social utility and presents it in a yearbook, a website and a series of exhibitions.
In addition, the products selected can compete for the XXVIII Compasso d’Oro ADI, the world’s oldest and most authoritative design award.

The Ellinikon Experience Park is the first part of the Ellinikon Park that opened its doors in December 2021, signaling the official beginning of the much anticipated project: “The Ellinikon”.
Built on the site of Athens’ historic airport and next to the three Aviation Hangars, The Ellinikon Experience Park, designed by the architects doxiadis+, is a unique place for everyone.
The modern facilities offer a wide variety of activities for visitors of every age; the spectacular interactive fountain, the amazing Forest Playground, the Zen Garden and the Outdoor Fitness Area.
In cooperation with elite areas, premium calisthenic equipment of MyEquilibria have been installed at the Outdoor Fitness Area. Linking nature and human innovation, characterized by a unique design and cutting-edge production technologies, while focusing on eco-sustainability, MyEquilibria products approach holistically the wellness lifestyle.
The iconic Full Tree, designed by Vito di Bari, constitutes the epitome of “Functional Art for Functional Fitness” motto. The Outdoor Fitness Area is completed with the MyBeast innovative workout system, which brings together the best sports science, functional training and performance driven design, adding 11 more stages. Both areas also include accessories, such as pull-up bars, hooks, battle rope, parallettes, pistols, jump boxes, push-ups.
Visitors can exercise outdoors to get both body and mind moving. Through scanning of the QR code at the totem sign, visitors can download the MyEquilibria App (available in App Store and Google Play for free), and enjoy their fitness routine. A library with over 500 video tutorials, created in collaboration with top trainers, allows users to customize their workouts, focusing on targets and muscle groups, in a few simple clicks.
